The free update for registered users of Flow Charting 6 is available from our download page.

Our support is unlike most other companies.  We do not charge any "per incident" fees for technical support.  We recommend that you take 4 preliminary steps: 

1) Read the FAQ page for your product type.  We have done a lot of customer support with our flowcharting products - and we have built the FAQs to reflect the most asked questions;

2) Use the hyperlink Help program.  Make sure that you go through the index and the Search and Find features as well.

3) Under the Help menu activate the Jump Start help series.  This was written to tell you where we hid some of the strong feature commands.  It steps you right through the fundamental uses of Flow Charting 6.  The first time will only take you about 10 minutes - but you will learn all about inserting, deleting, moving and copying shapes, lines, and text.

4)  Under the Help menu activate the "Tip of the Day" feature.  Lots of tips based on years of experience with Patton & Patton products.
